Terms of Service

YouForum services are available for use by anyone who registers as a YouForum member, but there are some rules that you must follow when you are using our services. Please make yourself familiar with the rules provided in our Terms of Service. Failure to comply with our Terms of Service may result in removal of your account without any warning. YouForum disclaims all warranties or representations, express or implied, oral or written, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.

YouForum does not warrant that its services are error-free or that they will operate without interruption, nor does YouForum make any warranty with respect to the quality, reliability, timeliness or security of its services. While YouForum try to provide 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. Members are responsible for backing-up all their files and databases. Any network downtime, files corruption and everything that could result in damages to your forum are not our responsibility.

YouForum does not verify contents of any forum, but if a TOS violation is reported, your forum may be removed. All members are responsible for everything within their own forums. All members can be held legally accountable for the contents on their forum; including but not limited to; material protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret. You may not associate your forum with adult oriented material such as pornography, XXX material, anything illegal, racism, mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or any material which may be insulting to another person(s) or company, or depicts the exploitation of minors (children under 18 years of age). No spamming allowed, no harassing, threatening or illegal activities.

YouForum reserves the right to remove, suspend or procure your forum for any reason at our own discretion. Inactivity of 30 days or longer, may result in the deletion of your Forum.

By becoming a member of YouForum, you may not advertise any advertisement banners on your forum. Issues of exclusive remedy are adequately dealt with under limitation of liability and governing law.

YouForum services may be used for Business (Commercial) Forums or Personal Forums. By registering, you become a member. You then agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouForum for any loss, liability, and damage arising from or in connection with the contents or service of any YouForum Web Service.

YouForum servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include but are not limited to the following: unauthorized access, use, probing, or scanning of systems security or authentication measures, data, or traffic; interference with service to any user, host, or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system, broadcast attacks; forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.

Your forum shall not use excessive amounts of CPU processing on any of YouForum's servers. Any violation of this policy may result in corrective action by YouForum, including assessment of additional charges, disconnection or discontinuance of any and all Services, or termination of this Agreement, which actions may be taken in YouForum's sole and absolute discretion.

YouForum reserves the right to amend or change the Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. To report a Member breaking any YouForum rules, please notify us on our Contact Us page.
